You need to contact the manager and describe your preferences for the capacity and equipment of the aircraft, the flight route, service, etc. We will promptly prepare all the information and send you several options for approval. After agreeing on all the details, we will promptly prepare a contract for the provision of services and issue an invoice. You will only need to arrive at the airport 30 minutes before departure. After which you can enjoy the flight on a private jet.
Yes, you can take pets on board a private jet. Please inform your personal manager about this when you book your flight charter and provide information about your pet. We will provide the most comfortable conditions for your pets. We will also guide you through the necessary documents.
You can pay for our services in any convenient way: to a bank account, bank card, cryptocurrency or cash. Most often, our clients pay according to the invoice issued after signing a contract for a private flight. If necessary, we provide a package of closing documents for accounting reports. Flight cancellation terms are specified in the contract and depend entirely on the private jet owner's policy. In turn, we try to minimize penalties for flight cancellation. The sooner you notify us of a flight cancellation, the more money you can get back. If you decide to cancel a flight 1-2 days in advance, you will most likely have to pay 100% of the cost of the flight.
The number of passengers can be changed as much as you like, but it is limited by the number of seats on board, which is intended for this flight. For each additional passenger, you will need to pay for food and business terminals.
