How soon will I receive an answer to my inquiry?

Our aviation consultants will send you quotation for private jet charter or helicopter charter within one hour. If your departure is urgent, the time to process your request may be even less, and you will be contacted immediately with the first available options.

What is included in the price of your offers?

The price stated in our offers includes everything except the cost of de-icing (if that is necessary). Sometimes there might be a small surcharge for meals (if you order exclusive dishes and drinks). All the details will be discussed with you during the arrangements for the flight.

When is de-icing necessary?

De-icing is needed when the surface of the aircraft has to be cleared of ice and snow during take-off and ascent. This procedure is normally required only at very low temperatures in the winter.

Can I rent only a few seats on a private jet, rather than the entire plane?

Renting a private jet from Jets & Helicopters means booking the entire aircraft. We do not rent one or just a few seats.

Is smoking permitted on a private jet?

Smoking aboard a private jet is usually prohibited. If you want a private jet that allows smoking, please inform our aviation consultants in advance, and we will find a suitable solution.

How long before departure do I need to be at the airport?

You only need to arrive at the airport 20-30 minutes before departure! If you have a lot of luggage, are flying with pets, or the airport is swamped with scheduled departures, and if late arrival might cause a delay, we recommend that you get to the airport a little earlier. In each of these cases, you will certainly be informed in advance.

How can I find out who will meet me at the airport and where they will be?

After confirmation of the jet charter with Jets & Helicopters, we will send you all the necessary information about your flight. Your personal aviation consultant will be available 24 hours a day and will be able to answer all your questions at any time.

Are dogs or other pets allowed on board?

There is usually no problem with taking your pet along. However, you must have with you all the necessary documents for the transportation of your pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to travel with animals, so that we can check out all the details and make sure that the departure and arrival airports have veterinary control stations.

How much luggage may I take aboard a private jet?

You will have at your disposal the entire luggage compartment on a private jet charter! The volume of the luggage compartment varies depending on the type of aircraft, so we advise you to specify ahead of time how much luggage you plan to bring.

For a helicopter charter, may I bring luggage on board?

Most helicopters do not have a separate luggage compartment, so only minimal luggage is allowed. We can always arrange a separate luggage transfer by car; that will take a little more time, but it will not interfere with the comfort of your trip.

May I change a confirmed itinerary or departure date?

Yes, your itinerary or departure date may be changed after confirmation of the trip. As soon as you know that you need to make changes of any kind, please contact us, and we will be sure to make the necessary changes as quickly as possible.

If I am late, will the private jet wait for me?

In most cases, it is not a problem if you are late, and your private jet will be waiting for you. But since changing the departure time and switching permits and documents to another time could lead to further delays, we request that you inform us in advance of a possible delay. Each case is considered individually, and the possibility of delaying the departure time depends on many factors.

What kind of food is provided during the flight?

VIP catering on board a private jet is a standard option, and we meet the highest standards for service. Jets & Helicopters will provide you with the luxury food of your choice, satisfying all your wishes and personal preferences. If desired, we will bring on board any dish from your favorite restaurant. We will make sure that whatever you like is available, ranging from your favorite non-alcoholic drinks to the most elegant dishes from the chefs of the finest restaurants.

Is it possible to sleep comfortably, and what sleeping accommodations are there on a private jet?

The private jet was developed first and foremost for your comfort. A private jet may be equipped with a simple sofa as well as full bedrooms with special rest areas and showers. Our aviation consultants will make sure that your flight is as comfortable as possible. For a long flight, we will select a private jet with the most comfortable amenities for sleep. If you are traveling with children, you may want to use an aircraft with a sofa, even for short flights. We will certainly discuss all the details with you and suggest the best options.

Do expedited procedures for customs clearance mean that business jets are subject to different rules and laws governing customs?

All customs laws and regulations, as well as safety regulations, apply to business jets just as they do to any other type of civil aviation. Almost all VIP terminals have an expedited procedure for customs, so you will save a great deal of time. Everything goes quickly and without undue stress.

Some airports have limited working hours; can these be extended if I use a private jet?

In most cases, it is no problem for us to extend the working hours of the airport for the departure or arrival of a private jet. Each case is considered individually. If a late or early departure is necessary or if the flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will try to arrange for the airport to extend its hours to accommodate your flight.

Is it possible to arrange external or internal branding of the aircraft?

Branding on the outside or inside of a private jet will help make your flight even more individualized! We have a great deal of experience in the branding of planes, whether for a corporate aircraft charter or for any memorable occasions. Individual logos on the headrests, broadcast of your company’s presentations on the screens, the external design of the aircraft, the decor of the VIP terminal – we do this and much more! Discuss your needs with our consultants, and we will do everything we can to highlight your individuality.

Could your representative be present throughout the flight?

You may contact your personal aviation manager at any time of the day or night. We always follow your flight and monitor all services. If you need your aviation consultant to be present at both the airports of departure and arrival, as well as during the flight, we can always arrange it for you!

What is an Empty Leg?

The Empty Leg is the section of a route on which the private passenger jet or cargo aircraft has no passengers or cargo.

For example, a private jet from Saint Petersburg flies to London today, and tomorrow it has to depart again from Saint Petersburg for other clients. Since the return flight is otherwise empty, if you decide to book it, it will count as an Empty Leg London -to- Saint Petersburg flight, which costs less than the standard price.

Is it possible to get a pass to allow a car to meet the passengers at the ramp to the aircraft?

Realizing how precious your time is, at many airports we can arrange Permission for your limousine to meet you at the ramp.

Does the price of a flight on a private jet change if there are more passengers?

As a rule, the price of the flight does not change when there are additional passengers. The only exception might be small fees for use of the VIP terminal at some airports. The technical features of the aircraft also have to be considered; these are individual for each flight. Therefore, if you need to add passengers, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can check everything out and get the necessary confirmations and Permissions.

May I bring sporting equipment or oversized luggage?

It mostly depends on the type of aircraft and its technical features. Since you will have the entire plane at your disposal, the whole luggage compartment will be for your luggage. If you plan to bring sports equipment or oversized cargo, please inform us when you fill out the flight application, and we will be sure to choose a suitable option for you.

Is there always a flight attendant on a private jet?

Depending on the type of aircraft, a flight attendant may not always be present. If it is a short flight in a light jet, the copilot will tend to your needs during the flight. Almost all midsize and larger planes have a flight attendant on board. If you have specific preferences, we are always glad to discuss them with you.

I was offered a better price; could you provide a discount or offer the same price?
